Huge shopping & entertainment complex

Show DC is Bangkok’s newest shopping & entertainment mall. Opened in December 2016, the huge complex houses hundreds of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a cooking school, a rooftop bar, a very large duty-free shop and two theaters where visitors can watch spectacular shows.

Among the fashion, health & beauty, wellness and entertainment outlets are both local and international brands like H&M, Uniqlo, Nike, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and McDonald’s.

Korean themed

Part of Show DC mall is Korean themed. The YG République rooftop bar & restaurant and K-District Mall of Korea, the largest Korea Town outside of Korea are Korean inspired with Korean restaurants, bars, fashion and beauty products.

Facilities for tourists

For tourists Show DC offers facilities as free shuttle bus service to both Bangkok airports and selected downtown hotels, showers, packing service and courier service.

Himmapan Avatar show

A fun evening out for both young and old, Himmapan Avatar is a multi-dimensional fantasy live show with a mystic ambiance. The show tells the story about the battle between good and evil in the legendary Himmapan forest inhabited by mythological animals.

Modern technology is used to create optical illusions and add dimensions to objects, creating a multi-dimensional experience.

Ong Bak live show

Ong Bak is a spectacular live martial arts show based on the movie “Ong Bak Muay Thai Warrior”. The show contains the best scenes from the martial arts film including foot chase and tuk-tuk chase scenes, as well as hand to hand combat.

Ong Bak live show is an impressive display of martial arts skills and acrobatics combined with music and modern technology.

Wandee cooking school

Thai food is both delicious and healthy. Taking a cooking class is a fun holiday activity which will benefit you back home.

Learn how to prepare Thai main dishes, desserts, herbal drinks and curry pastes. Students have a wide range of authentic Thai recipes to choose from. Several courses are available, for any level of skill from absolute beginner to experienced cook. Courses are individual and in English language.

K-district Mall of Korea

On the first floor of Show DC is K-district Mall of Korea, the largest Korea Town outside of Korea. Here you will find a large selection of Korean fashion, beauty & health and food products.

If you enjoy Korean food, head over to K-Celebrity street food. Restaurants and cafés inspired by Myeongdong Food Street in Seoul offer a wide variety of Korean as well as international dishes.

Find Korean designer brands at Current Fashion Seoul, the latest beauty and make-up products from Korea at Current Beauty Seoul.

K-Super, a Korean supermarket sells a large variety of Korean spices, fruits, vegetables and other products.

Asian food district

At Asian food district on the fifth floor you will find a large choice of Thai and Asian food. Enjoy international lunch and dinner at Baan Dee restaurant or try one of the many shops at the large food court that has a good variety of dishes at very affordable prices.

Thai Thai market

On the fourth floor of the Show DC complex you will find the Thai Thai Market, a large indoor market selling Thai handicrafts, souvenirs, snacks, beauty & spa products.

Food, desserts, fruit and snacks
The place to shop for Thai delicacies. Here you will find fresh and delicious fruits from all over Thailand like pineapple, rambutan and durian, the “King of fruits”, as well as groceries, herbs and spices and ready to cook Thai dishes. Also a wide range of sweets and desserts like banana baked in honey or sticky rice with mango or coconut ice cream and snacks including dried fruits like mango and banana.

Handicrafts
Original Thai handicrafts make for a great souvenir or gift. Among the items you can buy here are hand woven clothing, Benjarong ceramics and silk products like those of Jim Thompson.

Spa, health & beauty
Thai Thai market carries a wide selection of beauty and health products including plants and herbs, relaxing oils and other natural products, many of which are known for their health benefits.

Lotte duty free

Lotte duty free is the largest store in Show DC. The huge store on the second and third floors carries countless products including luxury brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermes. Use your Show DC card to get 5% discount. Some luxury brands are excluded.

YG République rooftop bar & restaurant

Inspired by Seoul, YG République rooftop bar & restaurant offers Korean BBQ, restaurants and bars, drinks and cocktails with great rooftop views.

Try Korean BBQ at “The 3 butchers” BBQ restaurant & grill house or go to “The Bigbang Café by 3 birds” for coffee and a good selection of meals and sandwiches. Inspired by the pubs of Hongdae, the nightlife center of Seoul, “K Pub Korean Booze and Beer” serves snacks, BBQ food and drinks with Korean music.

The rooftop bar & restaurant opens daily from 10 am until 10 pm.

Location and how to get there

The Show DC complex is located at Jaturatid road in the Ratchadaphisek area. The easiest way to get there is by metered taxi or Show DC shuttle bus.

Show DC operates a free shuttle bus service from selected Bangkok downtown hotels, MRT subway station Cultural Centre, Airport Rail Link Makkasan station and both of Bangkok’s airports.
