The action-packed show is almost completely nonverbal. Just a few words are spoken; instead the skillful actors use facial expressions and gestures to suggest their desperation while trying to complete the banquet.

The slapstick Nanta cooking show lasts about 90 minutes.
After the show you can take your photo with the cast.

Cookin’ Nanta story

The Cookin’ Nanta story is set in the kitchen of a restaurant. Five cooks have to prepare a large banquet for a wedding party in very little time.

When the manager adds his clumsy and unskilled nephew to the team of cooks the mission is doomed to fail. As the cooks start their desperate attempt to complete the job things start to go wrong.

Put under too much pressure, the cooks mess up and the undertaking becomes a series of little accidents and mishaps.

Korean music played with kitchen utensils

The show is accompanied by Samul Nori, traditional Korean music. Normally played with percussion instruments, the cooks make music with cooking utensils like cutting knives, whisks, cutting boars, pans and pots.
