Opening hours are from 10:00 until 17:00.
Last admission is at 15:00.
You will receive a voucher by email. Please show this and a passport or other form of id at the ticket counters of Dream World. You can either print the voucher or show it on your phone.
Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund until 3 pm the day before trip date
