How do I buy tickets?

Choose an attraction where you want to go. The attraction info lists price and inclusions. Select a date, select the number of adults and children from the drop down list and click the “BOOK NOW” button. Fill out the Booking form that appears and click “BOOK”.
You can make payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or bank deposit. Click here to view details on each payment option. After we have received payment, we will email you a confirmation and a voucher for the attraction.

Are prices per person or for the group?

The rates are per person, unless otherwise stated.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets for most attractions are fully refundable.
Some attractions are excluded, please check the Refund policy section of the attraction you are booking.

What are the rates for children?

For most amusement parks and attractions child rates are lower than adult rates. Please refer to the booking info page of your attraction for details.

How do I pay for my tickets?

We currently accept payment by Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, bank deposit and cash deposit at CDM Cash Deposit Machine. Click here to view details on each payment option.

How do I receive my voucher?

As soon as we have received payment, you will receive your voucher by email. The voucher will be send to the email address provided on the Booking screen.

I don’t see the email with the voucher in my inbox?

A email with a confirmation of your booking and the voucher will be sent right after payment. If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Will I be picked up from my hotel?

If you select the round trip transfer option during the booking we will pick you up at any hotel in the city of the attraction. The driver will wait for you for the transfer back to the hotel. If you do not select the transfer option, you have to arrange your own transfer. Usually a taxi is quickest and most comfortable.

Is the transfer private or shared?

Most transfers are private, no other people will join. Some transfers are shared. Please check the Inclusions section for details.

What if we have to cancel the tickets?

If we have to cancel tickets as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters you will be given an option of a full refund or to re book for another day.

Is lunch included?

Buffet lunch is available at most amusement and water parks. You can select the buffet lunch option on the booking screen.

What kind of car is used for the transfer?

We use a Toyota Hiace Commuter van or similar.

Is the information that I provide safe?

Yes, our website is secure. Check the Google address bar. If the address looks like https://www.renown-travel.com you are using a secure connection. The “s” in https stands for secure, which means data sent back and forth is encrypted.
We only use the information you have provided to finalize your travel arrangement. For more details read our Privacy policy.
