Bangkok’s most upmarket shopping mall

Siam Paragon is one of Bangkok’s most upmarket shopping malls. It is located in Siam, the center of high end shopping in Bangkok with nearby shopping centers as Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Central World, Siam Square and MBK Center.

One of the largest shopping malls in Thailand and South East Asia, Siam Paragon houses several hundred luxury stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a large food court and entertainment as 4DX movie theaters, a bowling alley, Sea Life Ocean World and Kidzania.

Many of the world’s international luxury brands like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Prada have stores in this modern and clean shopping center.
There are information counters on all floors.

Sea Life Ocean World on the basement floor

On the basement floor of Siam Paragon you will find Sea Life Ocean World, the largest aquarium in South East Asia housing a large variety of sea creatures including sharks, rays and many species of colorful tropical fish.

Highlight is the ocean tunnel, which gives visitors the illusion of walking on the ocean floor surrounded by fish. Get there by the escalator from the food court on the ground floor.

Ground floor - 5th floor

The ground floor houses countless restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and a large food court.

The main floor is the place to shop for high end luxury fashion and jewelry brands like Balenciaga, Burberry, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Rolex.

Also on the ground floor is a Jim Thompson silk shop. A few hundred meters from Siam Paragon is the Jim Thompson House, where you can buy fine Thai silk items as well and visit the house where Jim Thompson lived.

The first floor houses stores selling mainly fashion, shoes and jewelry with brands as Armani, Boss, H&M, Jaspal, Longchamp and Zara as well as spa products with luxury Thai brands as Panpuri, Harnn and Mt Sapola.

On the second floor you will find beauty, personal care and hair products, glasses, sun glasses, an Amazone coffee shop and a large ASIA books store. If you like very expensive and exclusive cars, head for the showrooms of brands as Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ducati and Porsche.

The third floor houses mainly furniture and home decoration shops and beauty salons as well as a Naraya store, Pranali wellness spa and Ralph Lauren.

On the fourth floor you will find home decoration, phones, Thann luxury spa products, electronics, handicraft stores and restaurants.

Post shopping entertainment

For some post shopping entertainment head for the fifth floor that has a bowling alley, a Kidzania which is a miniature world of fun activities for children and several move theaters including IMAX with its enormous, high quality screen.

Food court and restaurants

On the ground floor of Siam Paragon you will find a good variety of restaurants including Thai, Italian, Indian and Japanese as well as a large food court with dozens of small shops offering a wide selection of dishes as cheap as 50 Thai Baht. At the food court you can only pay with a food card. Buy one at the counter. The balance is returned to you on the same day.

Also on the ground floor plenty of shops selling sweets and desserts, fruit juices, coffee, ice creams, chocolate and candies. Among them the Mandarin Oriental Shop, a high-end delicacy shop selling cakes and pastries, macarons and mooncakes.

Tourist lounge and tourist card

In the tourist lounge on the ground floor you can get a tourist card that can be used to get discounts in participating shops in Siam Paragon. There will often be promotions for tourists.

Location and how to get there

Siam Paragon is located on Rama I road in the Siam area of central Bangkok. Get there either by taxi or BTS Sky Train.

As traffic is often pretty bad in the area, BTS Sky Train is usually the quickest and cheapest way to get there. The shopping center is connected to BTS Siam station, which is served by both the Sukhumvit line and the Silom line.

Opening hours

Siam Paragon shopping mall opens daily from 10 am until 10 pm. On weekends and National holidays the place can get very busy.
